Injection of technical parts with thermoplastic materials

The plastic injection technique consists of molding an element thanks to a mold that houses the piece.

The polymers are injected under pressure into the mold through a nozzle and constant pressure is maintained while cooling
the piece giving it its final shape.

Once the process is finished, just by opening the mold we will have the final piece achieved.

To achieve the melting of the polymer, before putting it into the mold it must follow a complex process that must be in complete coordination with the injection to control the exact temperature, quantity and synchronization in time.

For this reason, although the injection may seem like a simple process as it is currently the most widely used, all the transformation requires exhaustive control.

We work with all kinds of thermoplastic materials, as well as PP, PE, ABS, PA, PC, etc. We use materials with Multiple loads such as glass fibers and with mineral loads or UV protection additives or V0 flame retardants.
